(I’m home around a week a month to give you a picture of my life lol.) I did make a lot of bad money decisions because of that loneliness, but now that my money’s back on track, I’ve found very cheap ways to help like going to a park with a brown bag lunch and people-watching from a bench, reading among strangers at the public library, etc. I’ve also learned to embrace it as a chance for quiet time that’s more difficult to find at home. I’m incredibly lucky to travel the world for work, and I remember that during times like these.
