Okay — first of all, props to you for tackling some seriously emotional parts of life in 2017. You should be super proud of yourself. It sounds like although you had a tough time mentally, some really beautiful things came out of the year as well. Hopefully, those are the things you remember when you look back. Having to accept that the situation with my Dad was abusive was ten kinds of awful but coming to terms with that and taking action meant good things for my little family overall and I hope that we can build on that.

Collectively, we were able to find employment and save some money, babies were conceived and/or born, we shared many many dog pictures. Here’s to a better 2018! Happy New Year!
