Thank you so much for this suggestion! We just have the one vehicle so we will absolutely set this up! Our stroller is almost too big for the vehicle — really should have thought that through haha. And we definitely got a velcro swaddle. Didn’t know you could get disposable change pads though. This is why expert parents are the best haha.

I ditto this suggestion! Also an awesome suggestion for grandparents if they will be doing any babysitting. It’s amazing how many times you will get “leaked” on (from one end or the other). Remember this from the kiddo’s and now grandkids.

A few suggestions if you don’t have them already:
A velcro swaddler (so much easier than all the folding) + sleep sack for ~4+ mo.
Disposable change pads.

I can’t recall if you have a car, but if you do I highly recommend putting at least 1 diaper + a diaper a size up, wipes, paper towels, disposable change pad, plus a change of clothes for you, baby, and daddy in the trunk (perhaps just a T-shirt for the adults), and just let it live there for the next two years (you may need to replace the wipes and up-size the diapers as you go). There will be a day one of you will need it, guaranteed. Depending on your car, you may be able to throw it under the liner of the trunk with the spare tire so it doesn’t roll around or make loading the stroller awkward.
